Fire Damage – Carson City Home

The fire damage to this Carson City home was assumed to be a total loss. The homeowner and the insurance company adjuster both felt this would be a tear out and rebuild situation. However, when SERVPRO of Carson City / Douglas County / South Lake Tahoe was consulted, we thought that the fire damage could be restored rather than replaced. We always attempt to restore if we can. It is less expensive and faster. This project took all of the experience of our technicians and the proven methods developed by SERVPRO to remediate the damages.
